Inspired by Halo-Halo, a favorite Filipino dessert meaning "mix-mix," our oats blend different textures and flavors just like the original treat. Typically, Halo-Halo is a mix of shaved ice with beans, fruit, and syrup or condensed milk. Our version includes layers of coconut and purple ube oats, mixed with sweet beans and fruit, and topped with creamy yogurt and fresh mango.

I bought a whole lot of ingredients specifically to make these oats, and I'm not disappointed in the outcome!

I was skeptical of this one as sweet oats don’t pair with beans in my mind, but I trust PUL! The halo-halo mix is so good! I loved the ube and sweetened condensed flavorings. These simple overnight oats will certainly be a great addition to my weekly meals.
