Raspberries add a natural sweetness to this beautiful, creamy oatmeal. Coconut milk and yogurt add a velvety texture and the mix of toppings make this a very insta-worthy breakfast bowl.

This was good, but a little too tart for my breakfast preference. I added some maple syrup, which helped a lot and made it much more enjoyable.

So yummy! Don’t substitute with any other yogurt but the coconut as it compliments it so well! Simply love all the recipes. The balance of flavours are perfection :) As we say in South Africa too it’s “lekker”!

Such a luxurious Saturday breakfast 🤤 This might become a weekend staple. Note: The portion size is big! I ate half a portion and was full.

This is perfect for late spring. Works great with frozen fruit instead of fresh too. We are just a month too early for ripe fresh berries but this makes me so excited for them💕

Yayy so glad you're enjoying the oatmeal, Abigail! So excited for fresh berries 🙌✨

I loved the very berry taste, and even without the yogurt and the seed mix (shortage) it was delicious.

I never really use coconut yogurt or canned coconut milk so I was a bit hesitant. I didn't really like the taste and was a bit "sour" for my taste. Maybe I didn't buy the correct coconut milk, I don't know. I still give it a 5 stars and will try it again probably with oat milk and oat yogurt instead.

Hey Edna, thanks for sharing your experience with the oatmeal! Variations in taste are common between different brands or varieties. I wonder if the berries might have been overripe or tart though? This could also contribute to a sour taste in the dish.
We hope this helps for now, and you enjoy the oatmeal more next time you give it a try 🤗

Thanks, I used frozen raspberries cause they're more affordable for me. But yeah, the taste in the coconut milk was too strong and it didn't taste good or slightly sweet. I will try it again for sure! 💞

Surprisingly good! I was afraid because of the lack of sugar but the smell and the taste with the berries, was so good. I love it.

Yum! Never thought to use coconut milk in place of water. I did this recipe with just blueberries, but raspberries would be much better!
