This became my go-to breakfast. The consistency is so comforting. A big helper are frozen cherries. This dish really helps me when i am having a sugar break for a wile and i dream about chocolate.
New favourite breakfast. But of a faff but worth it! Also the ridiculous amount of cocoa powder is correct and amazing!
😍😍😍 Yummy 😋
Perfect! Not too sweet and cherries can be switched with wild blueberries 🫐 chefs kiss!
Another recipe that I would love to try, looks so delicious 😍❤️😍❤️
Made it with semolina. Lovely.
Great idea to use polenta for porridge. I will make this recipe again for sure 🙂
Quick and easy breakfast! I substituted the cherries for a banana, berry jam and a dash of cinnamon. Loved it!
This recipe quickly became my go-to winter breakfast! Love it with all sorts of berries as well!
This is the second time making this. Delish and easy to make.
Super easy and super delicious ❤️ the best start in the day!
So easy and delicious! I didn't have frozen cherries, so I used Amarena ones I had in my pantry 🤭😍
Just delicious!
If you like porridges but are tired of oatmeal, try this! You can put any berries on top, but i would highly recommend sticking to cherries! Everything in this recipe comes together beautifully, definitely putting this recipe on rotation!
So easy to make and so yummy ☺️
Delicious and easy to make.
I first tried this recipe with maize meal as it is more easily available in South Africa and it turned out great. It just needed to cook a bit longer.
It is a very tasty recipe and so easy to substitute the fruit and the porridge.
Kids loved it and will definitely be making it again.
Absolutly delicious!
An indulgent breakfast for a chocolate lover! It is so easy to make, and it is actually versatile in terms of toppings. For the base, I used semolina instead of polenta (similar grain size) and the swap worked very well. I did not need to use maple syrup, as semolina is sweet per se, and I attained a nice consistency with only 250 mL oat milk.
I will definitely try this porridge with cherries, but for now I have tried with canned pears or strawberries. Delicious with the chocolate base, yogurt, chocolate shavings and almond flakes
first time i used polenta, it was a really intersting but smooth texture, i like it :)
Fantastic indulgent breakfast :)
I did substitute frozen for cherries in a jar and the soy milk for cherry juice from said jar. I think that was a good call :)
This is sooo yummy! It’s a perfect cozy breakfast for a winter morning. ☀️
Oh I am so doing this recipe, but with semolina😋
Really comforting breakfast *.*
