Used half the sambal and used ketjap asin which made it a bit salty but still very enjoyable!
Made it with rice, tofu baked in Indonesian spices and green beans.
Loved this! But I chickened out & halfed the sambal oelek. I won't do that next time. It wasn't that spicy after all. Will definitely use this sauce over and over again.
Hi, looks amazing, but would it be an option to switch the coconut for silken Tofu? Or any other non-coconut option?
