The cooking time and temperature might need some adjustment. I put everything in at the suggested temperature. 45 minutes seemed long to me, so I set a timer for 30 minutes just to be sure. And came back to the oven with the corn and beans (and some of the bellpepper) absolutely incinerated... whoops! So I guess we're ordering in tonight and trying again another time
Really nice simple recipe. The only thing is that my veggies were charred after 30 minutes at 425 F and the ones on the edge of the oven were burnt to a crisp. Next time I’ll probably set the timer for 25 minutes and flip half way through.

tastes amazing, i was pleasantly surprised at the yoghurt sauce!! for those prone to uh.....passing gas, be warned, this one carries a bit of a punch

The black beans and corn dry out and burn in the oven. Next time I will add them a bit later. Other then that its a nice and easy recipe
