Very good! I changed up the some of the ingredients (I prefer sweet potato, cauliflower, and cashews in my massaman curry) and added the juice of two limes and added more sugar to make it less spicy. Love that I can make my favorite take out dish now!
I don't have kafir Lime leaves and tamarinde paste. Any tips?
Very nice, lots of flavour. Potatoes needed longer than the given time
Very nice but a bit too hot for my children
LOVED!!
Delicious! I cooked the potatoes for around 10 min extra than recipe instructions, comforting and warming. Very quick and easy meal
This was INCREDIBLE, so much flavor! Wow!
Loved this curry it was so quick and easy to prepare, I didnt have any mock chicken so used chick peas instead, then just doubled the curry paste and cooked it for a bit longer cause I love my potatoes soft and squishy. I also loved the added timer feature you've included!
Mhmmm so good! This dish made my night it was so yummy, my parents loved it too! Only the potatoes take wayyy longer than 10min (approximately 30min for me) so plan in some extra cooking time🤗
This was unfortunately so bland, it was too watery and had absolutely no flavour. Serving it with the rice just made it even blander.
I enjoyed this very much. I will definitely make it more often.
