BOMB DOT COM only wish there was more
This is one of my favorite recipes on the app. So quick and full of flavor. I bake the patties in the oven instead of pan frying. That makes it much easier to make.
I followed the recipe as it was written but used ponzu sauce in replacement of soy sauce because I didn’t have it on hand. The burgers were very tasty but tended to be a bit crumbly and they fell apart a bit.
Delicious! We're not the most expert at eating with lettuce leaves, but nonetheless this was fairly fast and easy to make and the taste is very very good.

With the veggie mince I can get, I could not form patties without them breaking. So I crumbled it all up, left it on the pan to get good crust and it worked like a charm 🤤 will definitely make it again!
So delicious! The flavour in the patties is incredible. It was very messy to eat though and didn’t hold at all, I might make it as a salad or in a baguette next time.
I have some troubles with the patties: they don‘t stick well and crumble apart when cooking. Any tips? Maybe some cornstarch?
