The sauce was so good! I tweaked the recipe a lot as I hate greasy food, I skipped frying noodles.
I also nearly tripled amount of noodles to make it a nice & filling portion 😁
Sooooo good! And I am so happy I found an Asian inspired recipe that isn't spicy and I could enjoy this one without any fear of burning my mouth!
Delicious! The fried noodles are nice. However, I’m a big eater, and I found this portion size too small for my appetite, and I even doubled the noodles 🙈 so the 4 pers recipe would be more suited for 2-3 pers for us! (+ maybe even more noodles)
It’s tasty but I’m not sure the end dish is worth an hour of cooking when there are nicer tasting dishes in half the time on this app.
It uses a lot of oil although doesn’t taste overly oily in the end.
If you shuffle the steps around, you can use one less pan (decant the aubergine into a bowel, cook the onion and carrot, decant the onion and carrot into the bowl with the aubergine. Put the noodles in the now empty pan. Transfer the noodles to a plate with paper towel. Put the bowl of vegetables and sauce in the pan. Finish.
Maybe I’m in a funny mood - it’s very hot and I’m tired 😂 Just not sure about this one.
Delicious!!
“Absolutely delicious! The sweetness of the eggplants combined with the savory flavor of the soy sauce is amazing. I highly recommend this recipe!”
Do you think I can replace eggplants with anything else?
