We really liked this! A great way use up extra cabbage in the fridge. Added some fried, crispy onions on top for some crunch.

This was a fun change to our usual stir fry. I only used 1/4 of a cabbage since ours was larger, and added tofu that I pan-fried before cooking the vegetables.

Une façon de manger du chou intéressante. Je me demande s'il n'y a pas un problème de proportion avec la quantité de chou. Heureusement que je n'ai pas tout mis sinon je nourrissais 6 personnes

As luck would have it, we had cabbage and carrots in the fridge. So we cooked the dish spontaneously. Super quick, super easy, and super delicious. The tahini gives the sauce a delicious flavor. Will be saved for other stir-fry vegetable combinations😊
