Crunchy Noodle Salad

How big are your napa cabbages? I feel like I did something wrong, because I had severe cabbage excess, when using a whole one. (I was using what's called chinese cabbage in Germany and one head weighed 1.5kg. I froze most of it.)
When I got the proportions right the salad was really good!

Hey Eli! Thanks so much for sharing your experience with this one 🤗 You didn’t do anything wrong, napa cabbage, or Chinakohl in Germany, can vary quite a lot in size. The one we used was on the smaller side, about 700 g, so a 1.5 kg head would definitely give you much more cabbage than intended. We’ve now added the weight to the recipe to make that clearer. today at lunch we were in a rush so my sister (how doesn’t like cooking) and I put together this recipe in under 20 minutes. It was amazing❤️!!! Everyone loved it and even my sister enjoyed preparing the dressing following the cooking along mode in the app. 10/10
