Hey Abigail! We did test freezing this recipe, and we didn’t love the texture once it thawed - it turned a bit too soft for our liking and the pastry became a little soggy. You’re of course welcome to give it a try yourself, and if you do, we’d recommend baking it straight from frozen in the air fryer or in the oven on the fan setting so the crust can crisp up again.

This is just a lovely meal, so delicious! It is quite sour-ish, so for anyone not liking that, I would recommend not adding all 3 tbsp of lemon juice.

This was so delicious I had to get two servings. Very easy and quick to make, I was done prepping under 10min. I recommend pairing it with a nice lettuce salad and vinaigrette.

so yummy, i made this for dinner but im adding it to my breakfast meal prep list bc there aren’t enough great savory make ahead breakfasts. I liked crumbling potato chips onto my slice of this tart for an extra salty crunch :)

Quick, beautiful and very tasty recipe! I dared to make this for the first time today, directly for friends and a 3-year-old child, and it was a success! As the recipe is so easy to make, I could also involve the child in distributing the tomatoes and olives over the tart, which was extra great for her and me 😁
