Hi, search for “turnip” got me this recepie as result. I know kohlrabi is not The same as turnip, but I never had either by themselves, and I can’t pinpoint The taste.
Long story short 😄 - can I use turnip in this recepie?
Thank you!
The sauce is really tasty and different. I didn’t have hazelnuts so I used walnuts.
What is harissa sauce? Would be harissa paste with water a substitution? Or are there any other ingredients in the sauce? Thanks!
I really enjoyed this salad. There are not a lot of recepies in my collection that include Kohlrabi in a cooked form. But this ohne hit the spot. The spicyness of the dressing combined with the crunch of the hazelnut was perfect. Definitiv will repeat. Also a great side salad if you leave out the milet.
Hey what should I do if I don’t have the Harisa paste for the sauce?
