I never liked green dressings..but this one became a staple!!
My man loves it on his bread with other toppinga and I love to throw it through cooked quinoa with raw bell peppere and lots of lentils. Mix it all well. I put allott of parsley in..probably more than is stated but the flavour is so good. So I advice to use it as that quinoa salad and I put some baked sweet potato on the side.
Received a ton of fresh parsley today from our local farmer. Perfect recipe to use some up. Delicious!
This tahini dressing went really well with a simple oven roasted broccoli recipe. It helped offset the salty taste of my broccoli!
Broccoli recipe (olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, chili oil, crushed red peppers, low sodium soy sauce). Roasted at 375 F for 25 mins - if anyone was curious 😅
Can’t wait to make it today
Absolutely delicious! 🤤
An option worth trying- adding mint :)
