This rich, golden dressing has a hint of a kick from fresh ginger and black pepper. The earthy flavours of turmeric and tahini are delicately sweetened with date syrup. It's the perfect wholesome dressing for any salad.

Hi team! Can I ask where you got the date syrup from, or alternatively if there is a recipe for it?

Hey Preethi, we get date syrup from our local grocery store called Albert Heijn. Sometimes there's better luck finding it in the organic aisle of larger stores. We don't have a recipe for date syrup, but we've noted down the idea for future recipes! 😊

My friend says she boils the dates in an instapot with just enough water. I think she said 8 minutes but that would depends on the dates. Then she blends it and stores in the refrigerator. Enjoy

I love Yogi and Yousef for date-stuff. (Delivers in BeNeLux and Germany)
