I’ve been making these shots in my juicer for a while now, and they work wonders when I start to feel under the weather. I’ve avoided so many colds thanks to them. Sometimes I add a bit of fermented garlic for an extra immune-boosting kick.
A great morning boost! I didn't have pineapple so I used frozen raspberries instead, and added a bit of honey for sweetness. It was delicious!
Hi! Would this work if I used a immersion blender? I fear it might not be powerful enough 😣 Would you guys recommend it?
Made this to help nurse a cold. Every time I take a shot I feel my sinuses clear up a bit within minutes which is such a relief. So intense and flavourful, thank you!!
Can mango be used instead of ginger?
I love ginger shots especially as autumn has started
Can’t wait to make theses
I’ve just made batch of my usual cold & flu ginger shots this morning
Great minds
Delicious!
I really enjoyed these. I doubled the recipe so that my husband and I would be able to have them for several days. My husband found them more palatable than the usual shots. We’ll definitely be making them again!
I’m not usually a big fan of ginger shots as I don’t love the sharp burn they can bring, but this shot is really good! It’s not too sour, not too sweet, not too sharp, it’s exactly peppy and zesty enough 💛 Definitely a new standard in my rotation!
Hey! Ahh, why did you put in instructions to put it to a blender and then milk cloth, and not into a centrifugeuse/ juicer ?
Maybe a silly question, but what purpose does the avocado oil serve in this recipe?
