VERY nice!
Love the dressing!
Versatile recipe. Radishes are out of season, so I subbed with a little celery and rucola. The latter perfectly mimicked the peppery taste of radish.
Pearl onions were not found, so I pickled a red onion and used that. Love this salad!
I used pickled garlic and yellow beans in this recipe because that's what I had on hand. Other than that, I stuck with the suggested ingredients. A very filling and satisfying meal.
Now, when you say pickled onions, I'm thinking sweet and tangy. All I can find are cocktail onions. Are they the same thing? If not, do I create a sweet, vinegary concoction similar to your other pickled recipes?
maybe the best potato salad ever!! approved by my swiss german granddad🙂↕️😌
looks lovely 🌹
So fast, nutritious and delicious!
I made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious! We ran out of Dijon mustard so we supplemented the rest with ground mustard seed and it was still pretty delicious. Also didn’t have pickled onions so we used pickles instead. This feels more like a Russian style meal and it is VERY filling in the best way.
I made this for dinner with some drop biscuits, and it was really tasty! I did make a few modifications: I don’t like onions, so I used pickles instead, and I added a few grilled green olives and the oil they come in, which gave it a slight smoky taste that was so tasty! Next time I would 1.5 the dressing recipe, so it better covers the lettuce.
My boyfriend just made this for me. Very delicious! So far we've loved every single PUL recipe that we tried 😊
Super easy, super healthy, super delicious! Plus it doesn't require a lot of ingredients, so it also cheap to make!
