This was creamy, flavorful, and had a little bit of tang, so very delicious! It was a good accompaniment as a side to a hummus sandwich for lunch.
I had some leftover broccoli 🥦 that needed to be used. Absolutely delicious, the vinegary mayo is delicious. I will make this more in the future. Especially now that it is summer ☀️ in the Southern hemisphere.

This was very addictive! I kept going back for more helpings! It was a great side dish to bring over to a friend gathering we had. Subbed pickles for pickled radish and used Chinese-style mustard instead of yellow (based on what we had in the fridge).

I grew up in Germany and every family has their own spin on a classic potato salad. I very much enjoyed this recipe (and it tasted even better the next day!). I added a splash of the pickle juice to it to make it extra tangy and added some apple pieces the next day. All in all a very easy, creamy, and delicious recipe!
