Delicious! My 1 year old was also a big fan of the tofu spread 😅
Legitimately restaurant quality. Absolutely DELICIOUS! And that was with me forgetting to put the spinach on it, not being able to use the sprouts due to mold, & not having a ripe avocado to add. That was spreads, butter lettuce, cucumber, & tomato. Can’t wait to try the recipe in its fullness!😋
Love this!!! It turned out absolutely delicious! I’m beyond grateful to Pick Up Limes for sharing such amazing recipes. Thank you for all the love and inspiration you put into your work. Bless you guys! ❤️
Unexpectedly, insanely good! I'll use a bit less apple cider vinegar next time (a tad too acidic), but it's simply perfect otherwise. Extra points for being quick and easy to assemble.
Super tasty and such a nice twist to a sandwich. Instead of using pesto I put basil in the tofu whip. I also didn’t use nutritional yeast and the taste was still very good. I also added a bit of oil to the mix.
Easy and really good!
We ended up putting some chili crisp and pickled red onions, but even without that, yum so much flavour
This sandwich is very good, very easy to make and very filling. My tofu whip was not as creamy as I would have liked. Can you add a bit of water or lemon juice?
Perfect, easy and delicious :)
delicious sandwich with aaaalll the greens! So fresh and light. emade it on sourdough, which also worked very well :)
I absolutely love this sandwich! I could eat the tofu whip straight from the processor (I used a smoked tofu as well which was really yummy; I also found I needed to add a splash of water to the whip was well, but literally only a splash) & the whole assembled sandwich was so satisfying, satiating & delicious. It's so full of goodness!
Really good. The whipped tofu could be a recipe in itself. I could eat this in any sandwich.
Delicious! I used homemade bread and freshly grown lettuce from my hydroponic garden! So good!
I really love this simple and delicious sandwich 🥪
All 3 of my kids liked this, which is really unusual. It might have helped that I made it with a foccocia bread they love; however, they even dipped the extra cucumbers into the leftover tofu whip and liked the idea of using the whip as a replacement for ranch dip to eat with raw veggies. Bravo!
Added this to my favourites! So quick and easy and super delicious! It's a great recipe to pack in a load of veggies too! My tofu was a bit dry, so added a splash of water and a drizzle of olive oil to bring it together. This would be perfect for any meal!
The tofu whip might need a bit more liquid to come together well.
Yummy! Absolutely loved it… And so did my 1 year old. Never in a million years would I have considered feeding him some of these ingredients but it went over well with my sone. Will definitely add these to our weekly routine.
Cool idea, it was pretty good , I added a small piece of jalapeño.
Loved all the flavours! Added olive oil to the tofu whip for some extra creaminess
Best sandwich ever.
