Salade très bonne, rafraîchissante et originale. A refaire ! J'ai mis des olives vertes en saumure car je n'en avais pas des marinées à l'huile et c'était très bien. Je n'avais pas de radis, je les ais remplacé par des rondelles de courgettes (on fait avec ce que l'on a). Pour la même raison j'ai remplacé les crackers par des gressins. Ne pas hésiter à être généreux en salade verte car c'est ce qui fait une belle partie du volume. Je sais que je me répète mais, j'aimerais beaucoup que les recettes de PUL indiquent l'équivalence en lentilles crue quand il y a des recettes avec des lentilles. Il n'est pas facile de trouver des lentilles en boîtes de bonnes qualités par chez moi. Donc je le fais ici : 180g de lentilles cuites équivalent à 73g de lentilles crues

Such a fantastic salad, great flavour combinations! Only thing I‘d say though is that the portion sizes seem a bit off. While this usually works very well in your recipes, this made three gigantic or four normal portions in our opinion, rather than two.

The combo of the sweet peppers, savoury olives , citrusy dressing and filling lentils is AMAZING! I didn't even include some of the fancier ingredients namely the feta, avocado and crackers and still this salad was awesome <3

The lentil/dressing/parsley combo is a great base for salad. It’s summer here in Australia…and mango season! So, I swapped in some mango and tomato and lettuce - for a more simple but delicious salad :)

My new favorite salad this season! So refreshing and healthy! I made a few adjustments to incorporate some seasonal fruit, and used baked halloumi instead of feta. It was absolutely delish! Thanks for the inspiration, PUL team 💛
