Russian blini can be found in various shapes, from large, thin and crêpe-like, to small, fluffy, and pancake-like. We've put our spin on the latter variety, crafting them from a blend of buckwheat and wheat flour for a delightful nutty taste. These blini are versatile, so you can add your favourite toppings, whether savoury or sweet, they're perfect as an appetizer or for snacking.

Hi. I’m planning to make these as a Christmas starter. I was wondering if you can freeze the blinis ahead of time ?

Hi Fi! We haven’t tested freezing the blinis ourselves yet, so I can’t say for certain. The main concern is that they could be a tad drier once frozen and then thawed. That said, similar small pancakes generally freeze well if cooled completely first and stored in an airtight container. Hope this helps for now🎄

J'ai fait cette recette à l'apéritif pour Noël, c'était délicieux, tout le monde a beaucoup aimé, c'est simple à faire, frais, plein de saveurs. A refaire !
How do you pickle the radish please?
