Wow, this was super easy. Perfect as a weeknight meal.
Such a delicious balance of flavours and textures and I loved how easy the sauce and bean mixture were to whip up! I swapped the tortilla chips for baked potato rounds to make it into a meal. Will definitely be making again!

This one is easy and delicious
So freaking good!! 🤤 we had some leftover refried black beans (from the layered tortilla wraps we made the night before, another of our favorites courtesy of PUL), so we used that instead of the soy grounds. Garnished with pickled onions, cilantro and diced avocado. PUL rules!! 🤘🍅🥑
Wow another great recipe!! Better than many non-vegan versions for sure!! Suggested toppings totally enhanced the recipe- feta and jalapeño, who knew?
Very quick and easy. We've made it twice now. I first thought the vinegar was a little strong but I changed my mind and added the same the second time. The jalapeños really balance the flavours. Thank you for this.
