The squash turned out mushy, is there a way to make it crispy? Also, there wasn’t enough sauce, so it tasted a bit bland
Really loved this salad, perfect for this time of year when there are lots of squash in season. Swapped out the lemon juice and replaced with walnut vinegar (my favourite for dressings) and added 1 clove of crushed garlic to the dressing as I did not have garlic powder. Will definitely make it again. Would love to see some recipes for other squash like the yellow spaghetti squash that are also in season now. Could not find anything in the app search for this type of spaghetti squash.
Amazing warm salad for fall! I made it with my husband today. We couldn't find pomegranate so we used dried cranberries instead and it was delicious! After taste testing though, we decided to double the dressing amount to make the flavors a bit more cohesive, but that's just our personal preference. Would recommend 100%♥
Unusual dish - in a good way. The butternut squash released a lot of fluid and some of it became mushy. This affected the texture. Any tips would be appreciated (unless it's supposed to do that).
Wow wow wow what a delicious salad and I'm really glad to have discovered black rice. I would love to see more dishes with this ingredient.
Delicious. Instead of using the dressing on the whole salad, I just used it only on the tofu

This is lovely and feels really healthy and nourishing. Used an air fryer at 170 for 17 minutes instead of oven.
