Pistachio Matcha Mousse
Pistachios are adored in countless desserts, and they truly shine in this delightful mousse. The addition of matcha lends a gorgeous green hue to the mousse, without overpowering its flavour. But it's the pistachios that steal the spotlight, harmonizing flawlessly with the subtle taste of cream cheese and whipped cream.Servings

Hello PUL, what do you use for cream stabiliser?
So excited to try this!
This was absolutely heavenly! I tipped it w
ith some chopped pistachios and quartered strawberries that I had around. It was perfect. Everyone loved it and I am already thinking of when I will be making it next!
One of the first recipes I tried from the app. I made it for my friends yesterday and it was a big succes. They all asked for the recipe… 💓 to serve I added some rose petals. Also.. I didn’t use cream stabilizer and it was still fine. Thank you 🙏🏼
Very nice dessert, especially for Christmas :)
Easy to make and tastes great. Maybe I will put in a little bit less white chocolate in next time, because that taste is strong and not my favourite.
Oh my gosh, I love this so much. Skipped the white chocolate because I don't like it, still exceptionally delicious and absolutely worth peeling the pistachios to make and enjoy.
Absolutely love this recipe. We do love pistachios but I never found a great pistachio dessert recipe. This recipe was the game changer 😍 It tastes also a little bit like pistachio cheesecake filling.
This is very tasty, easy and elegant! Love it!
What vegan whipping cream do you use from the Netherlands? I used AH home brand but it hardly stiffened. It was still a tasty mousse but it would probably be better with properly whipped cream
An absolute treat!
I almost never make desserts because they’re too complicated (and I’m bad at following measuring instructions), but this was easy to make and so delicious! I brought this to a dinner gathering with friends and they absolutely loved it.
