This decadent, airy dessert blends the deep flavour of chocolate with the nutty essence of hazelnuts, creating a smooth and luscious treat, reminiscent of a Ferrero Rocher. The perfect mousse for special occasions or a sweet ending to any meal.

I used some vegan hazelnut chocolate spread, because I could not find hazelnut butter. But this was so tasty, and I was impressed with the texture as I thought I'd over-mixed. Would maybe heat the chocolate spread if I were to use it again just to help it mix in a little smoother. But so tasty!

Any alternative for whipping cream?

Hi hi, Khushbu! We haven't tested it, so can't say with 100% certainty, but if you're okay with a coconut flavour, then you can perhaps try canned coconut cream as an alternative. Chill the can first, scoop out the solid cream on top, and whip it just like you would with vegan whipping cream βΊοΈ
I would like to try with aquafaba but I'd love some feedback on it before trying ! Has anyone tried this recipe with aquafaba ?

I did not try it with this recipe, but I did make chocolate mousse with melted chocolate & Aquafaba once and I guess this could work, too, but I am unsure if the chocolate plus nut butter could be too "heavy" for the aquafaba to hold it all up and still turn out airy. You could try it out with one serving, so you won't waste unnecessary ingredients and find out.
