Hi! This looks delicious 😊 Can I use super coarse sea salt for this, like the one used for making kimchi?

Hiii T, thanks so much! Yes, you can use super coarse sea salt like the kind used for kimchi. Since the recipe is pulsed in a food processor, it will break down to a finer texture anyway, so keep an eye on it and pulse until you’re happy with the consistency 🤗

Very tasty!

Made this recipe and followed the instructions to the letter. Smelled wonderful before I put the mixture in the oven. After that it seemed to lose all it's fragrance and not much taste beyond the salt from what I can tell.

Hey Ann-Marie, we're sad to hear this! It sounds like the heat may have muted the fragrance. Next time, you could try reducing the oven temperature slightly or skipping the baking step to preserve more of the fresh flavours 🤗
