I didn’t have apricots so I switched them with raisins - this was such a comforting meal + easy for weeknights 🥰

I had high hopes for this one because I love apricots but it turned out way too acidic. If I would make this again, I would add a bit of sugar or maple syrup to balance it out

Thanks so much for giving the recipe a try and for sharing your feedback, Dalia! I wonder if the tinned tomatoes could be the culprit. I find tinned tomatoes to be rather consistent in acidity, but they can vary sometimes by brand, and some can be more acidic than others. In any case, adding a touch of sweetness to help balance the flavours is a lovely idea if needed - thanks for taking the time to share as others might also find this really helpful :)
