I like these very simple recipes
Yup, it’s a yogurt bowl. Nothing fancy or groundbreaking - just an all around great snackie or breakfast.
Super petit déjeuner. A faire et à refaire. Très simple, nourrissant et pourtant assez léger. Doit être très agréable en été. Je n'avais pas de banane au moment où j'ai fait cette recette, j'ai donc utilisé une pomme. Ce qui me permet de penser que n'importe quel fruit fait l'affaire.

Ahha, so I’m trying to take my duties as a app-tester seriously , so I’ll try to leave feedback as often as I can.
So this was good! Of course cinnamon is bad so I sprinkled cardamom instead.
But ! This was more of a side, wouldn’t be enough for breakfast, and for me a yoghurt need sth crunchy, like a granola or , as I did, my usual jam toast- today 70% de 4 agrumes de Léonce Bance. So this with 2 toasts was enough. I used about 130g Sojade.
So maybe I eat a lot, but I’m not overweight or anything, have 21,5 BMI.
