Hi Sadia, can you help with vegan butter recipe or alternative for vegan butter. I don’t find one where I live.
Loved them! The combination of orange in the cupcakes and chocolate in the icing is just perfect! I used less sugar in both en they where great!
My first vegan baking recipe and I was really pleased with the results! Next time I will sift the icing sugar to remove lumps and try self raising flour instead of having baking soda and powder (I felt I could taste the soda).
Does anyone have tips to make the icing so perfectly like in the picture?
