I've really never cared for endives but my husband brought some home from the market and I've just been staring at it wondering what to do with it. So I checked the app to see if there were any endive recipes and this popped up. Let me just say: I think I love endives now! Delicious flavour combinations I would never have thought to put together. Love it!
