Creamy Celeriac & Potato Bake
This cozy dish combines the creamy goodness of potatoes with the earthy kick of celeriac, all topped off with melty, golden cheese. This is extremely tasty! How come this is not the star of PUL app? Btw. this is also amazing main dish, just add some white beans/chickpea into the mixture before inserting into the oven. Amazing!! The nutmeg + celeriac are definitely stars of this dish!
Very tasty! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it 🥰 Although, I would recommend shortening the baking time a little. My potatoes were really soft.
Also, I made some changes that worked wonderfully: I used zucchini instead of celeriac because I had a bunch of them from my veggi garden. I also added some garlic powder and paprika powder to the sauce. And I only had dark miso, so I only used 1 teaspoon. That worked fine, too. 😊
Very tasty, even though I'm not a big celeriac fan. I think making this with potatoes only would make this even yummier.
Looooove this!!
Super delicious and cozy. Perfect for fall and winter. Next time I would precook the celeriac a little bit as well as it took longer in the oven to cook through.
What a treat this recipient is 🥰 Cosy, rich, flavourful, just perfect for autumn 🍂
This was delicious! The two of us got through so much of this dish 😂 It's lovely after a long walk, but next time, I'd make this as a part of a roast dinner. I think with some roast seitan and steamed veggies it would be epic!
Can we substitute celeriac with anything else? It’s kinda difficult to find it here
Yum this looks super delicious! Can't wait to try
