This wonderfully simple but elegant dressing has a burst of summer sweetness from blueberry jam, a hint of acidity from balsamic vinegar, and is finished with rich walnut oil. Drizzle it over your favourite salads to elevate every bite.

Made this with my mom’s homemade grape jam and that also worked - my salad turned out great!

Did you buy I store bought blueberry jam or make it yourself? I haven’t seen blueberry jam in the store.

Hey Katrina, we used a store-bought blueberry jam. We use the bosbes jam from our local grocery store, which we consider the same as blauwe bessen. You could use a homemade version if you'd like though! We have a recipe for Blueberry Lavender Jam on the app which you can omit the vanilla and lavender for a more neutral base 😊

This dressing is SO good I saved some as a sort of accompaniment to a cheese board I’ll be making! It’s great to dip break and cheese in!
