Super delicious!!! The recipe doesn’t call for cucumbers but I saw them in the photo of the salad so added English cucumber - definitely a good call as the salad felt a bit lack luster and was on the plain side without them. Also, make sure you get a really good char on the radicchio for the ultimate flavor boost!

I actually really liked this recipe! Considering the bitterness of the radicchio, this plate was really an interesting one to try. And although is not my favorite vegetable this recipe perfectly balances the bitterness of the radicchio with the sweetness of the jam, oil and vinegar sauce. Good job PUL team!
