Very unique and fresh. Would be perfect for a summer BBQ
This relish is so tangy and tasty and makes a nice addition to the hotdogs! I messed up on cooking my sausages and they ended up a bit on the drier side, so make sure when you’re cooking, you don’t fry your dogs out like I did. Overall a big crowd pleaser and I’d probably make the relish again to have on its own.
Salt and sugar, my favorite! Not difficult to make and original, will make again! (as a matter of fact, already did)
I broiled instead of grilling and the rhubarb ended up quite mushy so if anyone doesn't have a grill please use a grill pan! Even with the mushy rhubarb it was delicious lol
This was top-notch! The relish had so much flavour, its sweetness paired well with the saltiness of the sausage. I added a bit of hot sauce and it was great. This is a perfect way to level up a sausage on a bun.
