Easy and yummy!
Mine look far messier than depicted. But I imagine tastes just the same. Great alternative to the usual brats as a beginner vegan.

Made it tonight and it was AMAZING! Those crispy onions! 😋 If you aren’t a fan of rice vinegar, is an a subsitute that might work? For some reason; I can never get into the flavor profile.
