We had this wonderful cake for Father's Day. I still need to improve my swiss roll -skills 🤭, but even as a cracked, slightly slumped roll it tasted heavenly, and was nice and light - perfect for a summer-time party. The whipped cream/cream cheese -filling is sooo good. I didn't use any cream stabilizer, though (don't know where to find some), but I think it still turned out really well. 😋
