Not sure this is breakfast, it’s a full-on dessert! Extremely tasty, sweet and filling 🤤 Made them for the first time with just pineapple, will try adding yoghurt and tropical syrup next time to take them to even a higher level 👌

Very delicious! Such a fun breakfast recipe. 🫶 The caramelised pineapple and ginger syrup were great as toppings. I highly recommend this pancake recipe! The first time I made these pancakes, I didn’t use any toppings, and it still tasted good! This time, with the toppings, the pancake was elevated to the next level. I will not be skipping anything from the original recipe. 🤭😆
These are absolutely delicious! I love the combination of the caramelised pineapple together with the coconut yogurt, syrup and pancakes. The best tropical breakfast a girl could wish for!
