Coconut Lime Tart with Brûléed Meringue
This pie has a sweet, crumbly base, is filled with a tangy, creamy custard, and is topped with pillowy meringue. The brûlée torching isn't necessary, but makes a show-stopping, impressive finish to this dessert.Servings

I made this today and it is absolutely delicious! A really lovely summery dessert 💛. I cut the first slice and immedietly dropped it on the floor 😭 but other than that no problems at all. The meringue had lovely peaks and held it’s shape and the centre was cheesecake like and creamy. Definitely will be making again…. probably tomorrow. Thank you for your fantastic recipes! I use this app everyday and it has made life so much easier and so much more tasty.
This is the one of the best dessert I’ve tried in my life, tastes like lime cheesecake. I would suggest making the aquafaba meringue part at the very end before serving because mine did loose shape and be am watery after some time
