This is the one of the best dessert I’ve tried in my life, tastes like lime cheesecake. I would suggest making the aquafaba meringue part at the very end before serving because mine did loose shape and be am watery after some time

P.S. I used 1 lime instead of 3, I think it would’ve been too sour if I used 3

It takes some time but is delicious and very good in summer
