Can I use this recipe with an ice cream maker? I have the kitchen aid ice cream bowl attachment

Ooou it’s a lovely question, Priyanka! 😊 We haven’t tested this one in an ice cream machine, but you could very likely adapt it.

I’d suggest mixing the mango purée, condensed coconut milk, lime zest, and coconut extract first, then chilling the mixture well in the fridge. Once it’s nice and cold, churn it in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. When it’s almost done, you can swirl in the extra mango purée.

The texture might be slightly different than ours, although still super creamy and delicious! I hope this helps, and we’d love to hear how it goes if you try it 🥭💛

Can you make this in ice cream molds?

Heyy Diane, yes, you can pour the mixture straight into ice cream moulds instead of a loaf pan. Just swirl in the mango purée before freezing, and you’ll have creamy popsicles ready to go ☺️
