I am not a fan of blackberries or blueberries. Would strawberries work?

Hey there, Aileen, strawberries should work just fine! 🤗

I’ve been eyeing these for a while and finally decided to give them a try since I had yogurt from another recipe. I mistakenly bought a coconut whipped cream that was supposed to be used straight from the container, and I tried to whip it up without realizing 😂 so I ended up with complete liquid. But even so, it still froze decently and was absolutely delicious! I really enjoyed the punch of the lemon zest. I made my own vanilla cookies and condensed coconut milk so it was a lot of work overall, but definitely worth it to try! I’m happy that these keep in the freezer so I can enjoy them throughout the next weeks. Thank you for the recipe!

Awe we're so glad you enjoyed the recipe, Emma! It's great to hear that even with the whipped cream mishap, the result was still delicious 🙌 Enjoy your treats from the freezer 🤗
