Cinnamon Sugar Rice Cake Sticks

These cylinder rice cakes are used for a variety of dishes in Korean cuisine, like 'tteokbokki' for example. For this recipe, we made a sweet version of these rice cake sticks and covered them in cinnamon sugar. It reminds us of a chewier and gluten-free version of 'churros' popular in Spanish and Portuguese cuisine.
