Ras El Hanout Spice Mix
Ras El Hanout is a spice mix used throughout several countries in North Africa. It literally translates to 'head of shop' or "top shelf", meaning it's the best spices the store has to offer. There is no definitive combination of spices, as every shop, restaurant, and family creates their own blend.Servings
