Potato & Long Beans Masala with Ketjap Tempeh
This hearty and flavourful dish, a perfect fusion of Surinamese and Hindustani influences, combines tender potatoes, long beans, and spicy sambal ketjap tempeh. Known in Suriname as "Roti Masala" or "Masala Aloo," it embodies the heartwarming flavours of the Caribbean-Indian diaspora. It’s often served with warm, fluffy flatbread, perfect for scooping up all the rich curry sauce.Servings

Really good! A new favorite. I did not mind the amount of liquid as it tasted good- but next time I might try adding less water to see the difference.
This tasted amazing however I ended up with so much more liquid than what’s in the pictures. Mine became more like a soup. As a previous comment said, I recommend adding less water.
Je n'ai pas trop aimé. Un résultat qui n'est pas à la hauteur de tout le travail demandé. Je suis quand même contente d'avoir essayé
Delicious! I recommend adding a bit less than 950ml water to the potatoes tho
