Still my favorite recipe, as I make it pretty often, do you think I can make the grilled shiitake powder in advance and store it in a jar? It would mean one less step when I want to cook it!

This is excellent!! I absolutely adore the taste of the sauce, and the crispy toppings are yummy! I did it two days ago and will do it again tonight, so good!
I used dried thyme and it worked well, I finally found fresh sage and I'm happy about it!

Does take longer than 35 min however. Atleast for me. :)
I want to make this but I only have dried sage and thyme, can it still work?
