I wanted a snack with veggies and some seeds, and this recipe ended up being the easiest and most managable solution based on the ingerdients I have at home. At the beginning I was really skeptic about it, also during the way I was unsure how these strangely combined ingredients will turn out, but trusted the process, and the result really surprised me. This snack is really yummy, I love it. 🤩

Great as an impromptu snack when you have guests over. I made the Cajun mix a bit earlier and prepared the cucumber bites last minute for extra freshness.

These are absolutely delicious 😋. We love this with cucumbers and also with apple slices.

I wondered if the Cajun and seed topping could be stored so that it’s always ready to use whenever we’re ready?
