Très bon et très rapide à faire. Exactement ce qu'on demande à des énergies balls

These were delicious. I added an extra tbsp of chocolate tahini to firm them up. Would definitely make these again 😁 thank you!

Delicious. I love the bursts of dark chocolate.

I love these! I didn’t have chocolate and don’t enjoy coffee so I just substituted with cacao powder and they are so yum! Definitely my new favourite dessert!💞☺️

Hello, I was wondering if I could replace instant espresso powder with something else?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Jan. 27, 2026, 4:11 p.m.

Heyy Ashini! You could use a little cocoa powder instead (alkalized or Dutch-processed works best as it's less bitter). The espresso mainly helps deepen and enhance the chocolate flavour, so alternatively, you can leave it out altogether 🤗

Could you share an alternative for dates? I have allergies to palm family foods like dates and coconut.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Jan. 25, 2026, 7:30 p.m.

Heyy Melissa! The dates add most of the sweetness and they’re the main “glue” that binds everything together, so there isn’t a perfect one to one swap we can confidently recommend without re testing the recipe. That said, we have other energy ball recipes that are date free that might be perfect for you, and they are our: Red Bean Energy Balls, Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Emergy Balls, Cheezy Savoury Energy Balls, and Apple Pie Bliss Balls. We also have bars that are date-free, such as our: Multiseed Peanut Chocolate Energy Bars, Orange High-Energy Oat Bars, and Chocolate Chip Trail Bars. You can find these all by going to the recipe filter page, and excluding "dates" from the search, and then searching "energy balls" in the search bar. If you need any help with this, pop us an email at [email protected] 💌. I hope this helps for now! 🤗

Hello I wonder if I can replace the oats by something else ?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Jan. 25, 2026, 1:56 a.m.

Heyy there, Jess! Ground almonds or almond flour may work well for a slightly richer texture, or you could try finely ground coconut for a bit more chew and sweetness. These swaps will slightly change the texture and taste, so you'll likely need to adjust the amount of the other ingredients a little. If you experiment with it, let us know how it turns out 🤗
