We needed over 90 minutes to make this dish. Somehow it was challenging for us 😅 now we are happy that it's so tasty. Maybe we have to practise the frying a bit.

Great recipe! Made it yesterday. I'd advise to keep the kofta and sauce separate until right before serving to keep the kofta nice and crispy.
