Ssamjang Sauce

Ssamjang is a popular Korean sauce that is often described as a spicy, savoury, and slightly sweet condiment. It is made by combining fermented soybean paste (known as doenjang), red pepper paste (gochujang), garlic, sesame oil, and other seasonings. Ssamjang is commonly used as a dipping sauce or spread in Korean cuisine, especially for ssam (lettuce wraps).
