Sikil (tomato) Pak (pumpkin seed) is a traditional Mayan dish from the Yucatan region of Mexico. It has an earthy taste from the toasted pumpkin seeds but also has fresh tomatoes and some spice from the habanero peppers. This dip has a ton of flavour and is delicious when served with some crispy tortilla chips, but it can also be used as a topping on tacos and veggies!

Excellent ! Très gourmand. Recette idéale pour changer du houmous. Je ressens un potentiel non exploité sur cette recette. Les graines de courges torréfiées donnent vraiment une saveur intense à l'ensemble. Avec les restes de cette tartinade mon homme a cuisiné des pâtes aux brocolis. C'était une excellente idée
