Tex Mex Salad with Chipotle Ranch Dressing

Hey Celine, here in the Netherlands, it's in a jar called "chipotle sauce" at our local grocery store but it most similarly resembles adobo sauce if you're based in the US. Ours is made from a blend of chipotle peppers with water, tomato, vinegar, and spices (no mayo in the ingredients). You can substitute it for a mix of (unsweetened) ketchup, smoked paprika, garlic powder and a hot sauce like sriracha, then adjust it to your liking. As we now hear more people can't find this sauce, we've put it on our list to make our own recipe for chipotle adobo sauce 🤗

Hi Sofia, you can replace the vegan mayo with more yogurt or perhaps try a cashew cream if you prefer a nut-based option 🤗
