Yum! Everyone loved it, I couldn’t find kombucha so made it with gingerbeer and it was very good!
This is absolutely delicious!! I am preparing the Countryside Charm menu for a dinner I’m hosting tomorrow (which by the way, is amazing so far! The dinner prep plan pdf is SO helpful and exactly what I need for every single dinner I host from now on. Takes away all the stress of figuring out how and when to prep all the dishes). Anyways, back to this drink! I just finished preparing the syrup and did a taste test. I assembled a drink for myself and it is so delicious! It’s perfect for my little festive gathering I’m having. I also loved that when I doubled the portions, the ingredients adjusted accordingly in the ingredients list AND under directions when I clicked “Make Recipe”. This app is truly phenomenal!!
This is the best virgin cocktail I’ve had, and it’s so festive! The kombucha makes it have depth of flavour, which takes it beyond other juice-based cocktails. I used store-bought ginger kombucha, and I also added a splash of lemon. Be sure to make the infused syrup.
Some of my friends wanted alcohol, so I added some vodka and it elevated it even more.
What can I use instead of kombucha?
I made it as a Christmas drink and my family absolutely loved it ❤️
